Our history

Our company is located in Tremezzina, in the center of the western branch of the Lario, precisely in Lenno. The Larian olive growing was born in ancient Roman fimes, and since then the culture of olive oil has also consolidated in this preAlpine area, which is in any case tempered by the lake microclimate which makes it suitable for olive growing. Our oil mill is one of the northernmost located mills. Our family, Vanini, has been dedicated to the producfion of olive oil since 1850. At the beginning with a mill powered by water from a Lennese river, then from about 1930 with electricity it was located in the same posifion where it is today
